JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a female Waitress to join our sheesha café and restaurant team in Abu Hail, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and customer-focused, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidates only
• Must speak English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience as a waitress in a café or restaurant is preferred
• Must have own visa
• Should have an existing customer base and ability to bring in sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and polite manner
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages on time
• Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set for customers
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Promote café specials and upsell items to increase sales
• Attract and maintain regular customers
