In this role, you will be essential in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for showcasing your expertise in fine dining service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with a welcoming demeanor Provide detailed information about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need for a pleasant dining experience Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
