F&B service Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a talented F&B service Waiter to join our team at Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel. Our Waiter are ambitious, hardworking, team oriented and outgoing who strive to deliver an exceptional experience to each one of our guests.Minimum2/ 3 year of UAE experience as a waiter ( Available for Interview presently in UAE)CV will be shortlisted only based on experience)Job duties and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Check products for quality
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Job requirements and qualifications.

• 2 years of experience as a waiter
• Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
• 2 years of experience with a cash register and any ordering information system
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening
• English & Arabic speaker
• Good physical condition
• Customer-centric
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

Pay: From AED1,200.00 per month
