As a Waiter/Waitress you will enhance guest experiences by providing exceptional service all our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure guest expectations are exceeded within the brands standards. In this position you must demonstrate strong communication skills, and an ability to providing personable service whilst maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
· Working as part of a team representing the brand and welcoming guests.
· Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications and company guidelines.
· Ensure that all guests feel welcome by providing friendly, courteous service always.
· Opening or closing the restaurant- as per company guidelines.
· To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
· Ensure the restaurant is always kept clean.
· Comply with Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene policies.
· Serving our creations, ensuring every dessert meets brand expectations.
· Any additional duties required to enhance the guest’s experience.
· Available to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
· Excellent verbal communication.
· Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
· Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
· We will provide you with the training and support you need to perform your job.
