Description:
We are looking to hire enthusiastic and positive team members who will create and maintain a friendly, lively and energetic pub atmosphere and offer an unforgettable Irish pub experience for all our guests.
We boast the only all season patio in the village, the largest draught beer selection and the largest Irish, Scotch, American and Canadian Whiskey collections in the Village.
We are looking for applicants that are confident and comfortable working in a high volume environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Silverware POS
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Understanding of food preparation and sanitation practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- Greet and seat customers, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash and process payments, maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
