REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience of 2 years as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus.

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide detailed information when asked, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders meet quality standards.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Process payments (cash and card) efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
