Our kitchen team are regional & national award winners! We currently hold 2 AA rosettes and are finalists in the Food Lifestyle Awards 2025.
Part Time Position of 15 - 25 hours a week (2-4 shifts).
Training provided, confidence is important for this role. A reliable transport method is necessary, as public transport in Lacock is limited.
Pay is per hour, plus addition of exceptional tips. 30% staff discount at the Inn!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by your superior.
• Consistently act as an ambassador of the establishment.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Suggests food and beverages - to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
• Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
• Maintains cleanliness of working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
• Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.
• Follows correct sequence of service outlined in training.
• Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
• Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
• Information Technology – use of EPOS till system
