We are launching a premium new restaurant and bar concept in Dubai Creek Harbour. Offering a sophisticated dining experience and stunning views, our venue will combine exceptional culinary creations with a curated beverage program. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable Waitresses to join our opening team and deliver world-class service.

Job Description:

As a Waitress, you will play a vital role in executing our service standards and elevating the guest experience. You will guide guests through our menu, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages with precision. A core part of your role will involve leveraging your extensive food and beverage knowledge to confidently recommend, open, and pour wines, as well as suggest perfect wine pairings to complement our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and highly professional service to all guests from arrival to departure.
• Present menus, answer detailed questions about ingredients, and explain preparation methods.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our wine list, including grape varieties, regions, and flavor profiles.
• Proactively suggest wine pairings that enhance the guest's culinary journey.
• Execute correct wine service, including presentation, opening, and pouring techniques.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them efficiently into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless table service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Handle billing and payment processing efficiently and securely.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards in all service areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a waitress in premium, fast-paced restaurants, wine bars, or fine dining establishments.
• Strong background in Food & Beverage with a deep understanding of service etiquette.
• Proven knowledge of international wines, grape varieties, and the principles of food and wine pairing.
• Wine certification (such as WSET Level 1 or 2) is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current residency in the UAE is preferred
