POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waitress/Waiter with bartending skills to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and preparing high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and coffees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress and bartender.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the UK.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Have knowledge of our menu to provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas.
• Process payments and operate the till system.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
