Morsel Chocolates is a premium chocolate and confectionery brand based in Abu Dhabi, known for exceptional products and a refined customer experience. We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Waitress to join our front-of-house team and deliver warm, attentive service to our guests.

Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is warm, attentive, well-groomed, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and attend to them in a timely manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on products, desserts, and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system.
• Serve items promptly and check on guests throughout their visit.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, properly set, and well-presented at all times.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns politely and professionally.
• Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, product range, daily specials, and promotions.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Support team members and assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer service / F&B role is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
