REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting.
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
