EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety practices, and basic culinary knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.

• Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
