Looking for a waitstaff/host to join our team. Osaka Trading is a casual Japanese restaurant in the Tramsheds at Forest Lodge. We’re open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner.
Available shifts: Tue-Sat evenings 5:30-9:30pm, each week. fixed roster.
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and highly customer driven. You will be reporting directly to the venue manager and be responsible.
Experience with preparing beverages such as beers, wines, bottles is desirable.

• Host duties, greeting guests at door
• Arranging bookings and making adjustments on the night
• Taking customer orders
• Processing payments
• Running food/drinks
• Resetting tables
• Opening/closing floor
