We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a deep understanding of our menu offerings. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and foster guest relations will be key to your success in this role. Starts at $13/hour plus tips.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Server or in food service is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including host/host duties, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering inquiries.
