JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable individual to join our team as a Hookah Lounge Server / Attendant. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a social, hospitality-driven environment and is comfortable interacting with customers in a lounge setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a welcoming attitude
• Preparing and setting up hookahs (training will be provided)
• Refreshing coals for customers throughout their session
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables, lounge area, and equipment
• Handling cash transactions and operating the register accurately
• Providing attentive table service and ensuring guests have a great experience

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn hookah preparation (no prior experience required, training provided)
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or lounges is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible evening (starting at 4pm to 2am) and weekend shifts available
• Competitive hourly pay plus tips
