Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Surfers Paradise is set to reopen with a fresh, elevated dining experience at the end of August. We are currently seeking a switched-on, dynamic casual waistaff to join our Hurricane’s family.
While our official reopening is scheduled for late August, restaurant setup and training will commence beforehand, giving you the opportunity to be part of the relaunch from the very beginning.
Responsibilities
· Greet and seat customers, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
· Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
· Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of service throughout.
· Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
Skills and Experience
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/ bar.
· Available until February and ready to work throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays, including all public holidays
· Exceptional communication abilities.
· Strong self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
· Collaborative team spirit.
· Proficient time management aptitude.
· A deep passion for upholding top-tier food, beverage, and service quality standards.
· Full working rights are essential
· Valid QLD RSA
