JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.

• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to effectively assist guests.
