REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance culinary knowledge and customer service skills.
