The Waitstaff Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents during meal times.Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Dining Room Operations: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the waitstaff team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Resident Engagement: Interact with residents to ensure their dining experience is pleasant and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage waitstaff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during meal times and special events.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the presentation and quality of food and beverages served, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of dining room supplies and coordinate with the kitchen and management for restocking as needed.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all dining room activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
