Wake Night Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Supported Living Service
Hours: Wake Night Shifts (rota-based)
Salary: Competitive
Are you caring, patient, and calm under pressure? We’re looking for a Wake Night Mental Health Support Worker to join our dedicated supported living team.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide reassurance and support to residents overnight
  • Carry out regular welfare and safety checks
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Keep clear records and handovers for day staff
  • Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs support
  • Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and observation skills
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
