WAKING NIGHT RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE SUPPORT WORKER

Salary: £27,518.40 per annum with potential to earn extra with overtime hours.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Contract: Full Time, permanent
Specific Hours: Approx 40 hours per week. 10pm – 9am working five days on and five off.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced Waking Night Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our friendly and professional staff team. Experienced candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months relevant experience and ideally possess Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People’s Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

• To work 55 hours per week which will be a rota of 5 nights on and 5 nights off. In times of illness or crisis you may be asked to cover more shifts.
• To promote the welfare of the children as defined in the Children Act 1989
