Shifts: 2 on 4 off (21:30 - 07:30) - flexible to 3 on 3 off or 4 on 4 off

This beautiful home has been lovingly renovated to create a bright, calming, and sensory-friendly home. From high-end furniture to sensory curtains, a U-shaped garden (soon to be transformed into a sensory haven with help from the local college), and open-plan communal spaces, everything has been designed with the children in mind.
The passionate Registered Manager brings lived experience, professional expertise, and a true love for supporting children with LD. Backed by a diverse, skilled 13x person team (many currently studying at university), the home is filled with warmth, stability, and genuine care.
The Director is hands-on, deeply committed (having adopted two children himself), and ensures children and staff alike have the tools, training, and support they need to thrive.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll help guide the young people to become the best versions of themselves, whilst building strong relationships. You will use LEAF electronic systems & AI tools (great for those with dyslexia). for records/reports etc.
