WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A NEW LEARNING DISABILITY CHILDREN’S HOME, BASED IN BURTON LATIMER, FOR A NUMBER OF WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKERS.

This is a key role, working as part of the team to provide support and care to children within the residential setting throughout the night.

FOR THIS ROLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE;

• Working within a residential/support setting, either CQC or OFSTED regulated
• Have an understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people and/or children
• Have the ability to use IT for recording and retrieving information
• Be able to follow risk assessments and care plans fully
• Either hold, or be willing to work towards a NVQ level 3 in children and young people services

WITHIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BECOME PART OF A PROVIDER WHO ARE DEDICATED TO DELIVERING HIGH QUALITY CARE TO FAMILIES AND CHILDREN AND INVEST IN THEIR STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESSION.
