OVERVIEW

We are looking for compassionate and resilient Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team in supporting young people aged 8–16 in a residential children’s home. You will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, calm, and supportive environment throughout the night.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working with children or young people (residential care preferred)
  • A calm, empathetic, and professional approach
  • Ability to respond effectively to emotional distress or behavioral challenges
  • Understanding of safeguarding, trauma, and child development
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
