  We’re currently looking for two compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team. If you’re someone who brings calmness and reassurance during the quiet hours, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing overnight care and support to our clients.

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during the night
• Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
• Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
• Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks
• Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies
