We are looking for a kind, proactive person to join our waking night team in our rehabilitation service at Holmewood, near Chesterfield. This is a very high quality environment, with a focus on developing the individuals we support after they have had an accident or injury and also developing our team.
We are a friendly, supportive team who are passionate about high quality care and making a difference in the lives of others. The work we do makes a profound impact on peoples’ lives.
The role can be full time, part time (10hrs with additional overtime on days or occasional nights) or bank work. There is the potential for part time hours to increase at a later date, if desired.
The ideal candidate would be happy both working on their own and within a team and have a good sense of humour. The team are really friendly, welcoming and supportive and there are good training, supportive shadowing and development opportunities.
The team support individuals to develop a good sleep /wake cycle, and offer reassurance and support over night. This role also involves some personal care, cleaning duties and some paperwork so prepare the service for the next day.
The hours are 10pm until 8am, shifts are on a rota, including some weekends. Training will be in day time hours. If you feel you may have something to offer, do feel free to get in contact to discuss the role further. Full comprehensive training is given.
