At The Lodge Trust, we are on the lookout for kind-hearted individuals to join our amazing team. We are a warm and welcoming residential care home that supports 30 residents, helping them to live their best lives while promoting Christian values and personal growth. Located in the peaceful village of Market Overton, Rutland, we are a tight-knit community that thrives on care, support, and respect for each individual.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Care Certificate or NVQ2 in Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
• Excellent communication skills and a kind, patient approach.
• A deep commitment to person-centred care.
• The ability to stay calm and act swiftly in any emergency situation.

• Offer personal care, medication support, and assistance with daily needs.
• Work alongside our fantastic team to ensure high standards of care and record keeping.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents at all times.
• Assist with domestic tasks, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.
