The Society of St James (SSJ) has been working in Hampshire for over 50 years, delivering high impact, person-centred, accommodation services to adults and young people experiencing homelessness, problematic substance use and mental health problems. We are recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our fabulous team based in Woolston, Southampton. Working with St James Care as a support worker, no two days are the same. Supporting vulnerable people overcome challenges in their lives that prevent them from leading a fulfilling and rewarding life.
Our clients deliver high impact, person-centred, accommodation services to people experiencing homelessness, substance misuse and mental health problems. The people they support are at the heart of everything they do, their main aim and priority is to find people with values, behaviours and attitudes to match their own.
