We work with, for and alongside families in a residential setting who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment.

• You will be part of a nurturing team that provides support and advice to parents in carrying out all aspects of basic care to their babies and young children.
• You will stay awake during the night to provide a helping hand, support during a crisis or be there as a friendly face.
• Ensure the security of the building and carry out night time checks.
