The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking. Manage the full recruitment cycle for US clients screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. Understand client requirements in the automotive/aerospace domain. Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely delivery. Work closely with hiring managers and ensure recruitment targets are met. Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in automotive/aerospace domains. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work in US night shift (WFH). Note: Candidates with strong experience in US Automotive recruitment are preferred.
