You will design and execute test strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive continuous improvement across all QA practices. 🎯 About the Role Ensure quality, functionality, and performance of software through test planning and execution. Identify and report defects while working closely with developers to resolve them. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Report directly to the Assistant General Manager. 🛠 Job Responsibilities ● Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements. ● Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases. ● Perform functional, usability, regression, and performance testing. ● Identify, document, and prioritise defects. ● Verify and validate bug fixes with developers. ● Maintain comprehensive bug reports and status updates. ● Participate in design and requirement review meetings. ● Stay updated on testing tools, trends, and best practices. ● Contribute to improvements in QA processes and automation strategies. 📌 Important Notes Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
