Position Overview: Saraya Marketing Management is conducting walk-in interviews to hire Tele sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Deira. The Business Development Executives will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and sales objections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma; degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services to potential customers.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections professionally and effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Update and maintain customer information and sales records in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to address customer needs.
