We are hiring an experienced and responsible FM Supervisor to manage and oversee our team of cleaning and housekeeping staff across client sites. The ideal candidate will be skilled in staff supervision, scheduling, client coordination, and quality control of cleaning services.

• Supervise and manage cleaning and housekeeping staff at various client locations
• Prepare and monitor staff duty schedules and attendance
• Ensure staff follow cleaning standards, safety protocols, and site-specific instructions
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality
• Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and clients
• Handle staff performance, grievances, and disciplinary matters as required
• Provide on-site training to new staff members
• Maintain daily/weekly reports and update management as neede
