Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Executive with a proven track record in recruitment and manpower supply. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and client requirements.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  • Support in visa processing, medicals, and other joining formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment & manpower supply company.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and onboarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
