Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Sales Consultant / Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, client-facing position for professionals who have a proven track record in immigration consultancy and sales.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with immigration programs and visa processes for Schengen countries, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and will be confident in handling end-to-end immigration cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date consultation to clients on immigration programs for the USA, UK, Schengen Zone, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Present and explain visa options and program requirements tailored to individual client profiles.
  • Build and manage a client portfolio while maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Conduct effective consultations via phone, in person, and virtually to convert leads into clients.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, program changes, and documentation protocols.
  • Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring all documentation meets requirements and deadlines.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to clients throughout the entire application process.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain detailed reporting on client progress and conversions
