Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Walk-Thru Representative for their Construction Department. The right candidate will represent the builder and present and walk the home to the buyer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform walk-thru orientations. Perform pre-walks on houses one week prior to walk-thru for better quality Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities
The representative is responsible for conducting walk-thru orientations with homebuyers to present the finished home. They also perform pre-walk inspections one week prior to the final walk-thru to ensure quality standards are met.
