JOB SUMMARY:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across assigned areas. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality/facility management is an advantage.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in housekeeping/cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
    Date: Sunday, 31/08/2025
    Time: Walk-In Between 9:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
    Venue: Floor P5, DAMAC Executive Heights (close to Dubai Internet City Metro Station. Exit left after punching out, if travelling via Metro).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently.
  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor attendance of cleaning personnel.
  • Inspect premises regularly to maintain cleanliness and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Train and guide staff on cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety practices.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as required.
  • Handle staff concerns, performance issues, and escalate matters to management when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on cleaning operations and staff performance.
