CREW LEAD – SNOW REMOVAL SIDE WALKS

We are looking for Crew Leaders to join our Snow Removal Sidewalks team who is wanting to join a team that prides itself on client satisfaction, attention to detail, and teamwork.
This is for an existing vacancy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
• Must have experience with driving pick up truck and trailer
• 2 - 3 seasons of winter maintenance leadership preferred
• Own transportation

Experience:

• Winter Maintenance Leadership: 2 years (preferred)

• Driving of company vehicle to and from client sites
• Ensuring company health and safety policies are being maintained and enforced
• Ensuring company standards of quality are being upheld at client sites
• Hand-salting and Hand-shovelling
• Use of snow-blowers
