Bayliss Interiors are based in Sutton Coldfield and we specialise in high quality bathrooms and kitchens for luxury residential projects, working primarily in the West Midlands area.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled wall and floor Tiler with a proven background in high-end projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing flawless finishes across a range of surfaces, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.
The Key Responsibilities are:
§ Install tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, natural stone, mosaic, etc.) with precision and accuracy
§ Interpret technical drawings and specifications
§ Cut, shape, and lay tiles to exact requirements
§ Maintain a clean and safe working environment
§ Liaise with with designers, contractors, and customers to achieve outstanding results
§ Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality standards

Our Requirements are:

• Several years’ experience as a professional tiler
• Strong portfolio of high-end or luxury projects
• Excellent knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives, and techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to often tight deadlines
• Reliable, professional, and committed to excellence

The position is full time employee with salary commensurate with experience.
A workplace pension, and a liveried company van is provided,
