We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in the installation of various types of tiles. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to interpret schematics and plans. As a Tile Setter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential and commercial spaces.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in construction, particularly in tile setting or related fields
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in tile installation
• Familiarity with carpentry principles is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Experience in construction painting is a plus

• Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to specifications and design plans
• Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, smoothing, or applying adhesives
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut and shape tiles as needed
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles for a professional finish
• Conduct repairs on existing tile installations as required
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and painters, to ensure cohesive project completion
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process
