About the role
Sure Projects Australia is looking for a qualified floor and wall Tiler who has sound knowledge in the installation of Tiles as well as installing angles.

JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role
WALL AND FLOOR TILERS lay ceramic, clay, slate, marble and glass tiles on external and internal walls and floors to provide protective and decorative finishes.

Tasks Include:

• examining plans, laying out work as well as measuring and marking surfaces
• ensuring the substrate has had all old tiles removed, grout and adhesive as well as grinding back all cracks
• setting tiles in position and applying adhesive onto prepared surfaces.
• using the correct tiling cutting tools to shape the tiles needed for particular corners and edges
• ensuring tiles are correctly aligned and spaced
• grouting tiles, and cleaning and removing excess grout
• Waterproofing application

Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years experience needed.
