Allwright Plastering is the region’s trusted specialist for residential and light commercial projects. With a solid pipeline of new builds, high end renovations and extensions, we are seeking an experienced, trade qualified Wall & Ceiling Plasterer to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawings and site specifications, product selection and set out.
• Install plasterboard, fibre cement, fire rated and acoustic systems to timber or steel framing, in line with NCC requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
• Tape, set, bead and sand to a Level 4 (or higher) finish.
• Install decorative cornices.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work site; adhere to WHS procedures and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Liaise professionally with builders, supervisors and clients; mentor apprentices when required.

Essential Criteria

• Proven expertise in residential plasterboard installation and finishing.
• Current driver’s licence and dependable personal transport.
• Experience with suspended ceilings, Gyprock® specialty systems or architectural feature linings.
• Ability to read plans, meet deadlines and resolve on site challenges.
• Strong commitment to WHS and first class workmanship.

Desirable

• Certificate III in Wall & Ceiling Lining (or equivalent trade qualification).
• Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Working at Heights or EWP licence.
