TERMI Home & Commercial Termi Home & Commercial is looking for experienced Wall and Floor Tilers for existing and upcoming projects in the Perth area.

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate must possess a
· Certificate IV in Wall and Floor Tiling, or certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling with on-the-job training or 2 years post qualification experience, or
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler
· Good practical skills
· The ability to follow design plans
· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Lay tiles as per customer order/specifications, patterns, layouts
· Prepare job site by measuring, marking out the area, and arranging the tiles in patterns as per work order.
· Applying the required amount of adhesive to prepared areas and tiles to ensure proper bonding.
· Apply grout accurately to secure tiles in place.
· Cutting tiles to the needed sizes and shapes using relevant tools
· Working with different type of tiles such as, travertine, porcelain, limestone, ceramic, Mosaic
· Cleaning, prepping and priming walls and floors, including removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, filling holes or cracks for a smooth base, and performing general cleaning.
· Attention to detail -ensuring that tiles are spaced evenly
· Installing waterproofing systems on designated surfaces (if required).
