Compensation Range: $75,000 - $120,000 per year (unlimited earning potential) How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact? * Assist customer on buying desired vehicle. * Educate customers on financial products and financing options. * Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store. We're Looking For: * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills. * High level of detail orientation and accuracy. * Proven experience working within a team environment. * Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed. * This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting. * Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
