As a Billing & Title Manager, you’ll oversee dealership billing and title operations across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency — all while supporting our teams with the collaborative spirit that defines The Walser Way. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE * Annual salary: $65,000 – $80,000, based on experience * Full-time position with regular weekday hours * Comprehensive benefits package with family-focused perks * Opportunities for professional growth within a trusted, family-owned organization -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Oversee and manage all billing and title operations across multiple dealerships * Ensure timely, accurate processing and compliance with DMV and regulatory standards * Lead, train, and develop a high-performing billing and title team * Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service teams to ensure complete deal documentation * Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy * Serve as primary contact for DMV offices and resolve title or funding discrepancies -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 5+ years of automotive billing and title experience (multi-location preferred) * 2+ years of supervisory or management experience * Strong knowledge of state and federal titling regulations * Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar) * Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills * High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with electronic titling systems (EVR, ELT, DLR50, Dealertrack, etc.) * Familiarity with Tekion or other emerging DMS platforms * Background in high-volume or multi-brand dealership operations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Frequent movement between corporate offices and dealership locations * Regular use of computers and OEM-required electronic systems * Safety eyewear and slip-resistant footwear required in service areas -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ?
