That’s the Walser Way. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPENSATION Up to $25.00/hr, depending on qualifications -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide Tier I break/fix support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal users * Assist with application and system installations and configurations, both on-site and at field locations * Deliver professional helpdesk support while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude * Manage lifecycle of hardware and software assets, maintaining accurate records * Support IT projects by executing assigned tasks and collaborating with IT teams * Participate in on-call rotation and maintain documentation for IT processes * Develop technical proficiency and take on Tier II troubleshooting tasks over time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 2-year degree in a computer-related discipline, relevant technical certifications, or equivalent experience * Experience with Windows workstations and Microsoft Entra Admin Center * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams * Strong organizational, technical, verbal, and written communication skills * Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record * Ability to occasionally travel to out-of-state locations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? * Career Growth * Skill Development * Collaborative Team Environment * Project-Based Experience -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
