ABOUT THE POSITION

Walton Bridge Medical Centre are looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team across two our 2 practices in The Gap Village Shopping Centre. We thrive helping our wonderful community with a range of different health services available, providing high quality care for patients from birth to the elderly. In addition to our doctors, the clinic also has dedicated diabetic health services available, pathology services, as well as 24hr ambulatory blood pressure checks and wound dressings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and engaging Medical Receptionist to join our Walton Bridge Medical Centre team working on a Full-Time basis (38 hours per week).

DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone.
  • Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records.
  • Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
  • General administration and daily office duties
  • Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager
