QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in QuickBooks Accounting system or similar system at an intermediate level.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Typing and calculator skills by touch
Confidence when using other computer systems
Ability to discuss business issues with internal personnel and external customers

Prepare invoices for engineered-to-order graphic designs, their installation or shipment, primarily for first-responder vehicles (police, fire, EMS), commercial vehicles and personal vehicles.
Invoices must include specific, accurate details and attachments to adhere to customer purchase orders or instructions provided. Coordination with our company ERP system and Customer Representative Members is essential. Accuracy is paramount.
Tracking and communicating via email and phone with customer accounts payable departments to ensure receipt of invoices, answering any questions about the billing and querying about their anticipated payments.
Communicating with the company accounting and general management to allow accurate expectations of collections and any need for their assistance in the event a collection is delinquent or at risk.
Keeping meticulous notes in QuickBooks on all efforts to collect from and conversations with customers about their accounts.
Assisting the accounting and customer service departments in certain special projects that fit with your skill sets. Experience with other Microsoft software is useful for these projects.
