Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!二、岗位概述本岗位旨在为视光行业医疗渠道客户提供专业赋能和销售支持，通过运用医学/视光学专业知识与医疗渠道服务经验，为客户提供全面的专业支持及解决方案，推动公司产品及服务在市场医疗渠道的拓展与应用，提升公司在视光领域的市场份额与品牌影响力。三、岗位职责 1.客户关系管理负责开拓及维护医疗渠道客户，包括眼科医院、综合医院眼科、视光中心等，深入了解客户需求，结合公司视光产品特点，为其提供优质解决方案，建立长期稳定的合作关系。定期回访客户，收集反馈信息，及时调整服务及合作策略，确保客户满意度和忠诚度。 2.专业赋能与学术支持熟练掌握公司视光产品的原理、功能、优势等专业知识，能够准确地向医疗渠道客户进行产品介绍和演示，解答客户在产品使用和技术方面的疑问。能结合自己的专业及渠道经验，与客户进行深度探讨及个性化处方推荐。为医疗渠道客户搭建全链路培训体系，开展视光项目与深度赋能，包括产品培训、人员技能培训、服务流程培训等，确保项目的顺利开展，提升服务专业度。为区域重点客户设计个性化赋能方案。与公司其他部门合作开展学术推广活动，如举办视光产品知识讲座、技术培训、专家研讨会及真实案例分享等，提升医疗客户对产品的技术优势及临床价值的认可度，树立公司在视光领域的专业形象。团队协作与跨部门合作根据公司制定的销售目标，与销售同事共同制定行动计划，合理安排工作时间和资源，促进销售目标的达成。通过自身专业的医学/视光学知识赋能部门成员，提升部门整体的医学/视光学专业知识与技能，打造高效专业团队。协调公司内部跨部门资源，包括销售、市场、生产等，为客户提供全方位的支持与保障，推动销售目标的达成。四、任职要求 1.教育背景与专业技能临床医学或眼视光学或相关专业本科及以上学历；具备执业医师/视光师资格者优先。具备良好的医学/视光学基础知识，熟悉眼科常见疾病诊断与治疗或视光学基础知识及技能，了解视光产品的原理和应用等专业知识，能够准确理解客户的需求并提供专业的解决方案。 2.工作经验与行业洞察具有3年以上视光行业经验，其中至少1年医疗渠道技术/培训/市场相关岗位经验（包括专家管理、会议组织等）。熟悉医疗渠道的运作模式和销售流程，具备一定的客户资源和行业人脉。对视光行业的发展趋势、市场需求和竞争态势有一定的了解。 3.沟通技巧拥有良好的沟通表达能力和人际交往能力，能够独立与不同类型的医疗客户建立良好的沟通与合作关系，有效地传递产品信息，解答客户疑问，进行专业赋能。 4.团队协作与学习创新能力具有良好的团队协作精神，能够与销售团队、市场部门等密切配合，共同完成公司的销售目标和市场推广任务。能够适应高频学术会议及差旅节奏。具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够不断学习和掌握新的医学/视光学知识、了解销售技巧和市场推广方法，能够快速适应市场变化与公司业务发展需求。五、职业发展与福利待遇 1.职业发展公司提供广阔的职业发展空间和晋升机会，提供系统的培训和学习机会，帮助员工不断提升专业素养和综合能力，实现个人职业发展目标。 2.福利待遇具有竞争力的薪资待遇，包括基本工资、绩效奖金、年终奖金等。完善的福利体系，包括五险一金、带薪年假、节日福利、定期体检等。丰富的团队活动，营造积极向上的工作氛围和企业文化。
