An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Administrator within the Emergency Department at Withybush General Hospital. We are seeking an experienced individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse and deputies, acting as personal assistant.

You will act as personal assistant to the Senior Sisters/Charge Nurses and deputies, providing secretarial and administrative support, to include diary management. You must be confident and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal, written and IT/computer skills, as well as organisational, planning and negotiation skills. You will act as first point of contact for all non-clinical issues on behalf of the Senior Sisters/Charge Nurse and liaise with Health Board staff at all levels and outside contractors / suppliers. Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties.
